BUSINESS HOURS
Wrythe Studio official business hours are 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday thru Sunday. Reservations extending past those hours is subject to a $100 off-hours charge, in addition to any overtime hours. Overtime is $75 per hour.

RESERVATION POLICY

To reserve a day/time 50% deposit is required. If no deposit is made, the spot will be forfeited to another booking. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before your shoot day. A certificate of insurance is required for any equipment rented through Wrythe Studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations and rescheduling must be in writing, no less than 72 hours prior to shooting date. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to reservation will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours of your reservation will not be refunded. Rescheduling less than 72 hours of your reservations will incur a $100 fee. If Wrythe Studio does not receive written notice of cancellation and rescheduling, the client shall forfeit their deposit.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:

Changes or cancellation due to extreme inclement weather can be rescheduled. There are no additional charges. No refunds will be issued.

TERMS

By booking the studio, The Client agrees to the following terms; The Client hereby accepts and assumes all responsibility for any risks associated with, and or resulting from his/her use of the premises and equipment of Wrythe Studio, 544 Park Ave, Suite 411, Brooklyn, 11205. The Client understands and accepts these risks and agrees to the terms of this agreement, even if Wrythe Studio, and or its representatives, is found to be negligent or in breach of any duty of care or any obligation to The Client. The Client agrees to be responsible for any loss or damage to the studio, equipment, rental equipment and premises of the Business resulting from The Client's use of the same (except for normal wear and tear). The Client agrees to pay the costs of repair or replacement for any such loss or damage, as well as any cleaning fees. The Client agrees to leave the studio in the same condition it was rented. A cleaning fee may be charged if the studio is not returned to the condition found at the start of booking.
